Group Paddleboard Lesson

Join our Instructor Ian for an introduction to paddleboarding for beginners. Learn the basics of getting started including launching, paddle strokes and the beginnings of how to stand up.
Paddleboards, dry bags and buoyancy aids will be provided. Please wear something comfortable to paddle in, such as shorts/leggings and T-shirt and either wet shoes or old trainers you are happy to get wet. Bring a change of clothes in case you do get wet and we have changing rooms. The session finishes with the option to practice capsize techniques if you wish to try.
This is a 1 hour group lesson for up to 12 people.
Paddle, Pizza & Prosecco Event

Paddle for an hour, then unwind in the Constable Café by the river with a freshly baked 12″ pizza and a glass of Prosecco, wine, bottled beer or a soft drink.
April-September (4pm-9pm)

- 1 hour paddleboard or kayak hire (or free self-launch)
- Buoyancy aid and dry bag
- 12″ freshly made stone-baked pizza
- One drink (Prosecco, wine, bottled beer or soft drink)
- Reserved table for your group

Friends & Hens package
(10am – 3pm)
Paddleboarding or Kayak, Sauna & Hot tub experience with lunch and refreshments
Arrive at 10am to meet with our team and after a short safety briefing we can get you on the water for 10.30am to enjoy a one hour paddleboard or kayak hire (or opt out for free mocktail and watch the fun instead). On return enjoy a lunch with tea or coffee in our café on a shared table under the veranda. After lunch, a short walk along the river brings you to the private Wellness Studio. A complimentary glass of Prosecco sets the scene for a two-hour sauna, hot tub and chill-out space with the opportunity for the adventurous to take a wild river cold plunge and use the outdoor heated shower. Session ends 3pm.
Up to 10 possible. Additional bottles of prosecco can be added as required.
SUP & Sauna
Paddleboarding or Kayak & Sauna experience
This is a chilled-out paddle and sauna package ideal for a couple or small group of 6 or less.
It includes a 2 hour paddleboard or kayak hire followed by a surprise paddle straight to the Wellness Studio to enjoy a 1 hour private sauna and perhaps wild river cold plunge. Finally a 5 minute paddle to return kit to hire centre. Add Prosecco or afternoon tea packages to your booking as required.
Available Monday to Thursdays, with paddleboard or kayak hire at starting at 10am.
add £40 pp for up to 4 additional participants.
